| 1. | Registration Registering to become a Seller is simple and allows you to upload and sell your images on Depositphotos.com. There's no obligation of any kind, you can upload and sell as few or as many images as you'd like. |
| 2. | Complete Sellers Application After registering as a Seller, you will need to pass a brief examination. You'll upload five images you feel represent your best work; each will be reviewed for quality and composition by our expert staff. You'll also need to include a scanned copy of your driver's license, passport or other document(s) proving your identity.The examination is a critical step in the process of becoming an established Seller on Depositphotos.com. If you are already working with other stock photography sites, we recommend you provide links to your portfolios for us to review. Professional experience in a significant portfolio can dramatically influence our inspector's decisions in your favor. |
| 3. | Upload Your Images After you pass your examination and are accepted as a Seller, you will be granted access to our image upload area where you can upload as many images as you'd like to sell. One of our reviewers will inspect each image for both quality and composition; once it passes inspection, it will be offered for sale to our customers. The more high quality work you submit, the more income you can generate. |
Seller Commissions Sellers earn a commission of anywhere between 40 to 60% of the images sale price. Each seller is assigned a commission level based on the amount of works sold on Depositphotos.com. The more work you submit, the more work you'll sell. Special Terms for Exclusive Sellers When you select to become an Exclusive Seller, you agree that your work will be available exclusively through Depositphotos.com. In exchange, you'll enjoy higher commissions - up to 60% - for each image you sell plus your images will be given a higher priority in our search results. Higher commissions, higher search rankings, higher earning potential - it's all available to you as an Exclusive Seller. | |
